Digital Nature of Our Products

All of our services — including online courses, digital downloads, templates, and design materials — are entirely digital and non-physical. Once access is granted or a file is delivered, the product is considered fully received.

Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every product. However, if you believe that a course or digital service does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content;
  • You have not downloaded or otherwise permanently accessed a significant portion of the digital materials;
  • You provide a clear explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.

Refunds are not guaranteed, but we review every request individually and in good faith.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at info@lschool.life with your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • You have completed a substantial portion of the course or training material;
  • You request a refund more than 14 days after the purchase date;
  • You purchased during a sale or promotional period (unless otherwise stated);
  • You accessed one-on-one mentorship or personalized services.
